  • One topic to pursue is magma that has risen to close to the surface.

  • I can tell you that in Lake Charles when I turned on the cold water I got warm water.  I thought it strange and have since moved back to Mississippi.  I have been told that coastal Louisiana is a plate sitting atop water.  That if a strong enough earthquake occurred it would slide into the Gulf.  I suspect that whatever is below the surface of Lake Charles it is heating up.  The source? That is a great question and I will try to find that out.

  • Gas bubbles?  http://theadvocate.com/hoTwitterme/3284754-125/tremors-gas-bubbles-puzzle-assumption

I don't know, Rosemary, given the bubbles appear to be natural gas.

  • It makes sense Cheryl. If magma is rising, it would make water bubbles and it would exert pressure on houses foundation.

  • I do not see bubbles at all!  I see water perking.

  • Either that or the ground underneath is moving, possibly from magma movement?

  • Do you remember Cheryl, during BP Deep Horizon incident what was said. It appear at that time that BP had discovered an oil supply just smack under Louisiana. Since BP did not want to pay any one for their land, BP created tactic to scare the population away. Is it possible that these bubbles are another attempt at doing a mass eviction of the people in order to have access to the oil?
