they also have been taught how to appreciate nature. when nathan, the one on the left, was four years old, i saw him pulling leaves off a tree. so i explained to him that the tree was alive like him, and instead of pulling off leaves he needs to feed the tree. he asked me how. i told him it needs water. he got his pail fulled it water. my daughter asked him what he was doing, he toldher it was a special job. she followed him out and watched him put water under the tree. of course i acted innocent. he watered that tree every day until they moved. i also taught the both of them how to walk. just a little story. joe.
