Right, Paul. I'm reading in The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush by Andreas Moritz, that rapid weight loss is bad for the health and can create gallstones, in both the gallbladder and liver. A sick liver is implicated in most of the diseases of western civilization.
yes it seems that way. but there are risks involved. that is why fasting is a way to wellness when done right.
Interesting study. So, fat people will have built-in storage food when things get rough. Just be sure to have a way to clean water and have multivit/mins.
