No such 'ribbon' is visible, unless you can see in 'neutral particle emissions'. Here Andov is referring to the IBEX findings8. More recent evidence suggests that the ribbon may be a reflection of the solar wind.9
"SUGGESTS" IS NOT A CONCLUSION. SO ANDOV'S INFORMATION IS DISSED WITH A MAYBE.

Without knowing what 'free energy source' he is talking about, it's hard to say for sure, but various schemes such as perpetual motion or various claims of 'zero point energy' are false.
FROM WHAT WE KNOW, THE FREE ENERGY SOURCES HAVE BEEN HEAVILY SUPPRESSED, SO THIS RESPONSE IS LIKELY ILL-INFORMED, AT BEST.

Certainly claims of ET Evidence from these sources exists, but the claims also have mundane explanations.

the sun doe not use fuel from its core to keep going it is not a fusion reactor using fuel from the core. all the core is cooler than the heliosphere, the heliosphere is where the reactions take place thus the fluff, as you call it can only have a reaction upon the heliosphere. either a dampening effect or an ignition effect making it burn brighter.
we need to change our focus from the sun which is incidental , to the movement of the earth and solar system across the dark rift of the galaxy. this is where our attention should be.

From what I got from the video and pdf, the fluff cloud will use up the sun's fuel quickly, thus accelerating the "aging" of the sun.
Also, consider that this "fluff" cloud (as far as is known) hasn't happened in recorded history, so there wouldn't be any mention of it.
This could be the game changer in relying on historical evidence to predict future events. What is happening is totally unknown as to outcome.

I do not think the sun will be turning into a red giant as there is nothing in prophecy whatsoever about the sun doing this.

last I heard the sun will turn into a blue star. i would stop worrying get on with life, enjoy the world, enjoy living, and stop worrying about Nibiru which is wrongly mistaken for the Dwarf star. all K have heard the two are completely different and Nibiru has left our solar system now. I would listen to Drake, Tolec and Kimmel and stick with these three , maybe David Wilcox, all the rest to my mind well leave it at that.
Yes, that is probably what it is. A higher vibrational density.
