  • Oh, Nicholas, that's too funny!  I'll have to remember that.

  • Maybe the blame lies in the cheap crappy parts that are imported from china.

  • Now, Cheryl that is the very first thing that came it my head, people simply can't afford to maintain their cars!!!!!!

a corollary to this is every time a police man stops you for no sidelights, you can blame it on the sun... LOL

  • Another explanation could be due to the economy, folks don't have the money to fix broken things and are deferring maintenance.

  • firstly, he seems to have gotten his science somewhat mixed up. Faraday cages in my knowledge are to isolate what is inside from outside electromagnetic sources. Now, another point as soon as the excess current hits the wires to the light bulbs, this same current must by nature, go to the cars computers. The energy will affect the micro chips directly. (If the cars behave as the chap says like Faraday cage then the electromagnetic storm will have no effect!!!!!) thus, the cars will not only have their lights blown but will come to an immediate stop.  So, I think the man who made this video is honest but should do

his homework. . In short his claims are bogus. interesting though.  IMO

  • I have seen a lot of car lights out for about 3 months and thought it was the Idaho police being lax but since this has not been until recently, maybe he is right.

  • thank you, I'll watch it having my tea, right now..

  • The electron flux is taking out lights on cars.
