Yes that is the case. Krulians are the one that do not have a home planet anymore because, in the past, they were frequently attack.
I only hear of Krulians in Mythi messages.
I had a funny feeling we were not done with the Krulians yet.
It does seem they are happening more frequently. My guess is they form when needed?
