I never got a facebook acct. even after pressure from friends and family. How dare I be so reclusive.  I made up my mind to stay out of it, after Leo Laporte, on Tech Tv,  gave a tutorial showing how difficult it is to get rid of your facebook account. Almost impossible.  Then I noticed something about the weird looking Mark Zuckerberg:

The bronze titan, is none other than the progenitor of the catholic (and orthodox) church, Emperor Constantine. I guess when he was recloned, he was offered a new kind of empire. Watch Zuck over time, you will see an uncanny resemblance.

And, FB is the # 1 tool law enforcement goes to when tracking people down.

And, as you said Carolyn, removing the personal barriers allows people to say all kinds of crap.  I've watched my son and his friends just destroying reputations (his own included) by the malicious gossip that goes around on FB.  Why don't they outlaw libel and defamation?  FB lets it exist because controversy draws the crowds.

While I still have a FB account, I almost never access it.  My biggest complaint was the scrolling never ended and I refused to get sucked into the (mostly) mindless crap that gets posted. 

The cokehead snorting FB is right on the money.
