How to heal using the luminous presence of the Ascended Masters:

The visualizing of a sun of dazzling white light with the miniature likeness of Jesus or any other Ascended Master in the center, made of still more intense white light with rays of golden light radiating out from it, placed in the middle of the forehead between the eyes, is a most powerful way of protecting the mind or consciousness in the mental body of the individual, from the suggestions of other human beings. If visualized and felt many times a day by the student, it will become a permanent activity, that guards that one’s mentality from intrusion by outside forces. The student should become as aware of this, as he is of his hands and feet.
The visualizing of this same activity upon the forehead of everyone you look at, is a most transcendent blessing and protection to that one, and also qualifies all consciousness coming through it with that ascended master’s consciousness and perfection whose likeness is within the miniature.
You cannot overestimate the importance of consciously visualizing this activity many times a day on your own forehead and that of everyone you meet or think about. There can only be one result from this – one action to all concerned – and that is an outpouring of the ascended master’ perfection, love, and light to the one doing it and to all who receive it.
Know always, that the light contains only perfection and when visualized around one’s self, another person, place, condition or thing, only one effect can possibly be the result and that is peace, protection, illumination, and blessings to the giver and receiver of that visualizing activity.
There never, never, never can be any result from this but good because it is God the “Mighty I AM Presence” acting in the full ascended master consciousness and activity of light, love, and perfection.

Beloved Goddess of Light speaks about black and red, and solar plexus:
Do you know – I think you would be interested in this very much – that it is only since the great cataclysm of eighty thousand years ago that black and red were known to mankind. It never existed in this world before that time. Many have resented our precious Lotus’ fiery admonition for the discontinued use of those colors, but you should thank her on your knees for her fiery determination to have you see the reality.
Why do you think, in many of the early centuries – for it still continued in use in the great Inca civilization, also on Atlantis, and in the seventy thousand year civilization of which beloved Saint Germain has told you – that those great beings always wore certain colors here (solar plexus) and there (spleen), according to the condition in which they were called upon to act? Usually the material was pliable metal which was powerfully charged. What a heavenly blessing to mankind today if they but understood that! As you have been told so many times, only through your solar plexus can the viciousness of mankind enter. Sometimes it enters through the spleen, but more often through the solar plexus. It never enters through the intellect, because your solar plexus is the doorway to your feeling world. That is why any sudden disturbance affects the stomach, even in causing you to vomit. That is law, dear ones.
