The American Civil Liberties Union revealed on Friday that a student and his parents won their lawsuit against creationist teacher, Rita Roark, who told him he was “stupid” if he doesn't believe in God.
This teacher continued her racial discrimination against the Buddhist boy and his family by telling them that Louisiana is “the Bible Belt”

That was wrong of the teacher to chastise a kid for their beliefs. It goes both ways however. No one should be criticized for their religious beliefs.
