Ummm, Land masses rising can also cause a coastline to recede, and considering the number of volcanos going active, magma is welling up hence causing parts of the crust to bulge.....not necessarily the whole earth expanding but in a sense it is.

I did not watch the video yet but I do believe the earth is expanding for many reasons.  Magma from inside is being put on the surface, metorites and space dust is adding to earths weight and expantion and in some cases unrealsed preasure resulting in a bulge expands the earth.  I will watch the vid tomorrow to see what they say.
