Our Daily Preparations...

I do a series of what I call spiritual disciplines an a daily basis that I've been playing with for years.
Usually it starts with a spiritual text, meditation, reflection and prayer, then a journal time.
I use this time to set my day with my spiritual family, guardian angel, inner wisdom, whatever we call this sense of Being.

Then at the end of the day, I regroup. Here, I reflect on the day. Sometimes, I'll journal, but I usually don't have time to do this at that time, instead I spend time with my husband, or at least this is what I would like to do. But, I do make it a point to remember the miracles of the day, to count my blessings, or list my appreciations.

Then, when I go to sleep, I remember to connect consciously with inner guidance system (IGS) for whatever work I may be doing in the unseen realms, and in preparation for the next days activities, for soulutions to quirky issues I may be dealing with, and so on....

I don't know everything about myself, I suspect that I am consciously aware of only a tiny sliver of my being. I often say, we, meaning humanity in our present state, live on the skin of ourselves, at least this is what we seem to be most aware of. But, there is this vast being beneath this skin, and permeating this skin, and the spaces between us, mostly things that boggle our conscious minds, and make us want to go back to sleep, for god's sake... :D

But I like the idea of inviting this whole vast being of me to co-create with me, the path I live in my daily life.
And, I happen to believe this vast being of me includes much more than what our present culture seems to imagine. So, I'm inviting you, vast being, in your own unique expressions to join me, as we, prepare on a daily basis, for surfing the wild, wild, wave of emerging reality.....

A significant part of my day is about the tasks and actions of preparations/living through the nexus of emerging reality. So, I think this would be relevant to the purposes of the particular community of souls. I'll just keep showing up here, as I can, and you're welcome to join in, as you can, when you want, I'll play with different formatting, I am always tweeking things until I find a flow that works for me,

Thanks for joining, great grace, blessings, and happy surfing.... e

Daily Quote: Knowledge dispels fear, .... SAS Survival Handbook, by John "Lofty" Wiseman pg 10

Daily Focus/Goal: Stay on focus, yesterday I lost focus and stayed on the ning so, I still need to do what I had wanted to do yesterday, straw, milk, but, I did read RLP's blog on vaccines.
Straw, milk, this morning, while still cool, before I feed animals and milk goats.
Wheelbarrow composted manure from pig pen to new top tier I'm building in big garden.
Put together another compost bin, to place near back door for kitchen scraps.
Draft ECC Group Meditation/Healing Discussion :D
Finish reading Clif High's latest Shape of Things to Come Report, dtd 15 Aug 2010, with R, and discuss with him, tonight, to fine tune our preparation plans

Gratitudes for Tue, 17 Aug 2010
watermelon, we had watermelon for dinner.
muscovy ducks, I noticed some mushrooms growing in the straw near my milkstand that I have never seen before, I wanted to pick a few and check them against in info I have in my mushroom books, to see if they were edible. Then, as I was milking my goats, one of the muscovies that likes to come to the goat barn/bus to eat fallen grain went over and ate those mushrooms. ;-), watch what the animals eat. She is still living. I'll still try to identify it, but, so cool. At least I know it is not poisonous, at least to ducks.
My strong, kind, and ever so understanding husband, he talked me smooth out of the hard physical manual labor of moving 3 75# bales of straw from one part of the property to another in a wheelbarrel, and asked me to wait until he is home with the truck and he will help me move them, I am taking him up on his offer, tonight, so move the straw task from this morning, to this evening.
Teresa C and Karen, I appreciate their insights, wisdom, and comments!!!
Brian, so happy he does the things he does with the graphics, such as the magnetosphere one yesterday
j&j, I smile everytime of think of him.
    szhl, lovely, simply lovely
that people want to do the group meditation with me, makes my heart dance
sunrises, sunsets, lizards running everywhere, frogs singing in the garden at night, and alpine glow
  • When I go to bed I just sleep. However, I say words of grace in my mind and think about the wonderful things the spirit of our mother Earth has provided. I give thanks and express my gratefulness and I say I look forward to being in a better world with our to be transformed mother Earth . It works well and all the sh..t feelings subsided away more or less.
  • Dont have the time to read it right now but will a little later :)
  • This may work better in a discussion format, I welcome any feedback on this,... e

QUOTE: Your stillness is a gift. ... Yet, of all that you may contribute to the world, your stillness will have the greatest effect, for in stillness you will resonate with all other minds, you will calm all other minds, and you will be extending true peace into the world and the freedom that it demonstrates.

Goals: my goals are usually pretty mundane, I'm trying to learn how to live the lifestyle of the Aftertime. Lots of reality checks here, mostly in the fact that it is so physical, and seems to almost always take more time than I imagine.
I will be happy if I can move three bales of straw from under the stack on our root cellar to the goat bus, (our goat barn at this time is a converted bus). My truck is in the shop, and so I'll have to do this by wheelbarrow. Good practice for manual labor. Build big muscles....
Pour unused raw milk to chickens, pigs, and in composting soil.
    Read RLP,s post on vaccines
