JAK  Being a bee keeper for years and teaching classes, this subject hits close to home for me. In France and Germany they have found that the chemical that monsanto coats there seeds with is highly toxic to bees. I agree there is more to this than Monsatan. Since 25 to 30% of the bees are dieing world wide there has to be a common denominator for this problem. My theory is chemtrails, Barium is poison and aluminum effects brain functions. In 5 generations we should all be sterile from GMO"S. The GMO"S are a failure, super weed are takeing over fields and new poisons are being invented to control them. When our little polinators die we will loose most of the food in the world. The end result is not good.

I must say I am against manipulated seads and have watched monsanto also, My father-in-law also has bees for honey and is also pretty informed. What catches my thoughts on this though is that it is now March and the bees may start flying if the temperatures are warm enough but normally not. parasites weeken the bees and can kill a lot of them over the winter months and there is not much one can do to prevent this. What is difficult for me to understand is if they are against the manipulated crops because this is in the long run changing the immune defense of the bees or that the parasites are getting stronger. But after such a harsh winter or improper feading of the bees it often occures that many bee hives die. Believe me I really do care, and know about the importance of the honey bee, but the story to me is not clear enough and to me miss-leading.

I am against the whole idea of manipulated plants and against hybrid F1. The real reason must be found and the only problem is not monsanto alone.
