Dear Brothers,
We are speaking to you on behalf of the State; We are a coalition between military, police and civilian officials, in search of balance and against this transitory and criminal government.
We do not belong or have a political-partisan tendency; We are nationalists, patriots and institutionalists.
This fight is not with the rest of the state security forces who disagree, it is with imposed impunity, if not against the evil government. Against the tyranny, of the death of innocents who fight for their detection, against the hunger, Against the lack of health, against fanaticism.
This struggle is for Life, this struggle is for the hope that we build.
It is not Revenge, it is Justice and consciousness that leads us to make change. We use this distinction with the color of truth and of Jesus Christ that accompanies us. That is why we call on all VENEZOLANOS from east to west, from north to south, to join this fighting force and to go out into the street; In Caracas to Fort Tiuna and in the Interior of the Country to each military base to reconnect with our armed force and together we recover our beloved VENEZUELA.
On this day we are carrying out an air-ground deployment with the sole purpose of returning power to the democratic people, and thus comply and enforce the laws, To reestablish constitutional order.
That is why we adhere ... that is why we adhere to Articles 333 and 350 of our Constitution.
Let us disarm the paramilitaries and restore peace to the people of Bolivar.
We demand that immediately President Nicolas Maduro Moros resign together with your ministerial train and are called General Elections.
We have two options to be judged tomorrow by our consciences and the people, or from today to rid ourselves of this Corrupt Government.

Yeah, I wish I'd been paying more attention over there though I wonder what Adrian Salbuchi is up to and doing through all this. I found a link from April 2017 but still no translated version.
I pray for those in this struggle and those that will be. I'd had dreams of us here hiding from arm-banded troops with blackout curtains on the windows.

I have been following their plight since it started and am surprised the people have not starved already. Now they are fighting harder than ever to get Muduro out, good for them and for the world to watch socialism fall again.
