Editor’s Note: Apparently after I wrote this story, the judge in Cleary’s case went against the prosecutor’s recommendation and did in fact sentence Mr. Cleary to prison time. The premise of this article is still correct however. MANY times Cleary was given probation for stalking and threatening woman.(sic) (True Conservative Pundit) What is wrong with our justice system today? A man with a serious history of stalking and violent threats against women makes a Facebook post in which he threatens to, “kill as many girls as I see,” and probation is again the recommended course of action. ccontinue
