There are places that have outlawed rain water collection stating that the rain water belongs to the county or state in which it has been collected. Therefore, you are stealing!

Unfortunately very few people are aware of this measure . They are still living in the dream that was the US. With the change that has been implemented here there is no natural creek, river, brook or mud hole that will be safe from the governments grasp if they want it. This would even include a lake , pond or well dug by you on your own private property.

Yes they will pay for it , but what good will money do you if there is no water to be had by anyone even if you are surrounded by it on your property? Don't think for one moment they will allow you access. You will see prison before you taste a drop of it .

Even if they could not implement this bill with an iron fist. The fact that they have even put it on paper for anyone to see who cares to. Is an indication in my mind that there is nothing that they will consider out of reach to achieve their agenda. Until people wake up to the realities and understand that our lives are in our own hands. The scales of power lean in their favor and they know it. One of the main reasons why most of the changes taking place are done so on the hush hush or under the guise of, "For t he peoples own good ". Trying to get as much done before the tiger is let out of the bag so to speak.

Conspiracy Theories? I think not !

There have been those who say that anywhere, any country is better than the US at this point . Wit what is coming and how ruthlessly it will be implemented.
