Dear Byron, The term "New World Order" is bandied about quite often around the Internet. Producer Alex Jones calls this film a "crash course in the history of the ruling class." There is a wonderful book out there that was written by Milton William Cooper called Behold a Pale Horse.  In his book near the end he has a chart detailing who he believes to be part of the new world order.... Mind you this book was writen back in 1991 but the information was compiled in the 70s.  Some names of note that appeared on this chart/diagram....Bush, Raumsfeld, Chaney, Powell and a slew of others names that today are our "elected officials" (yes bunny ears were intentional).  The new world order is alive and kicking..... if anyone is interested in a copy of the book please feel free to ask. 

 

As for a world currency, now this I find a little far fetched simply because of the sheer number of currencies in existance.  Will not be happening anytime soon, until we are all under the auspice of a single world government.
