Yep!  A giant frequency generator to try to keep us pre-occupied with material things, because nothing would exsist without resonant frequencies. and it is over-powering the schumann frequency.

It gets pretty deep:-)

That effect was reported by John Lear a few years ago. He is convinced the moon is not a planetoid but a construct and the operators do run a hologram to conceal it. I can't remember which astronomer published this, but he had photos that he caught for a few moments when the hologram was turned off. They show facilities and hangars etc. on the side facing earth. Amazing photos, I will try to find them. If you recall when the US sent an explosive device up there so they could analyze the dust cloud from the explosion it was totally different than one would expect from a normal explosion of geologic material. The spectrum analyzer showed the major components of the moon to be iron and mercury, not rock and other minerals.

Fascinating stuff.
