Two natural disasters that pose the greatest threat to the USA.

I would like to know peoples opinions on what natural disasters stand out as the biggest danger to the united states......mine are simple

 

Yollowstone National Park the worlds largest caldara or one of the largest.  The second is the New Madrid fault line that utterly terrifies me........   Just share your thoughts they are appreciated.

I agree with everyone else on this one. If Yellowstone blows OH MY... They say it will be a heck of a lot worse than Mt. Saint Helens.

I would say New Madrid, and World wide EMP.

First the New Madrid would shut down Transportation, then EMP would shut down all Transported Power anything attached, Most Cars/Trucks, and most Computers!

I saw the same exact documentary and was left with a sinking feeling because if what I have read is correct an eruption at Yellowstone has the potential to wreck havoc across 3/4th of the united states which is a much more bleak outlook than was presented.  It has the potential to block out the sun for decades......which can easily put an end to our species......
