    Not much meat on a piglet.  Had one for Christmas five years ago.  Had to surgically remove its eyes (otherwise they explode) before cooking.  Not much fun, but it's a good skill to have.  Everyone should cook one at least once.

    Click on the Nutritional Information link and it tells you...14 chops per can, and they are uncooked.

    Pork chops in a can.  Who woulda thunk?  But for those that like it, it sure beats raising pigs.
