  • Protective clothing, like special gloves, etc?  Ummm I think I will not buy produce from the west coast!
  • Yes, Kim.  Check out the Nuclear War Survival Skills book at oism.org.  Fallout can just simply be washed off.  (Of course, you probably need protective clothing.  The details are in the book.)
  • Keith, yes I saw it was uploaded last month on You Tube but I must of missed it posted here already ..I will look at the comments..Thank you..
  • Oh, so by washing the produce well you can actually wash off the radioactive particles??  Didn't know that.

Yes I have my very own strawberry patch but strawberries are coming in a few weeks later than last year.  Also, I try to grow as much as I can in what time allows me to do so.

  • It's a good possibility, Kim.  It would be in the dust and dirt on the fruit or vegetable, so be sure to wash them well.  I'd use the kitchen hose and not touch them until rinsed well.  And, better still, buy them locally or grow them yourself.
  • Would produce from the west coast, such as California strawberries, be carrying radioactive particles?  I find myself these days avoiding buying fruit/produce that was grown in CA.
  • This is different that other type of crisis that have come and pass.  This one will not pass as it's implications are long term and measurable via radiation and a momentum will gradually develop in the general masses that all is not right and at that point an accounting and come clean attitude from those who oversee us for our welfare would be expected....that being the government that has a mandate to it's peoples.

This I'm afraid will not happen and who knows what the fallout from this will be....
