  • Yes, time is growing short.  As you see below, cursory research shows we have a serious problem.  But it also shows we have the power to do something about it.  Take the power away from the enemies in D.C. and prosecute them for treason and other charges.

The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

    The Treason Clause applies only to disloyal acts committed during times of war.  [We have been at war with "terrorism" since just after 9-1-1.  There is prima facie evidence that substantial money ($200 Million] was given to the Muslim Brotherhood, a known terrorist organization, during this time of war.]

    Under Article III a person can levy war against the United States without the use of arms, weapons, or military equipment.  [By the power of the pen and by use of intimidation, the current POTUS has subverted the US Constitution.]

    Treason may be proved by a voluntary confession in open court or by evidence that the defendant committed an Overt Act of treason. Each overt act must be witnessed by at least two people, ....

    Because treason involves the betrayal of allegiance to the United States, a person need not be a U.S. citizen to commit treason under the Constitution.  [There is prima facie evidence that the current POTUS is not a U.S. citizen, however, if he is found to be a non-citizen he can still stand for treason charges.]

    Persons who owe temporary allegiance to the United States can commit treason. Aliens who are domiciliaries of the United States, for example, can commit traitorous acts during the period of their domicile.  [By occupying the office of POTUS, the current occupant owes at least a temporary allegiance to discharge his duties faithfully.]

    Treason is punishable by death. If a death sentence is not imposed, defendants face a minimum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine (18 U.S.C.A. § 2381). A person who is convicted of treason may not hold federal office at any time thereafter.  [Only the person convicted of treason pays the penalty, not any family members.  However, there is prima facie evidence that the wife knew he was not qualified to hold the office of POTUS, having stated that he was born in Kenya, and also by being educated as a lawyer and knowing the laws of the land.  She, too, should be investigated as an accomplice in the usurpation.]

  • I think this is a job that the military has to accomplish for us, since people are waking up to slowly. I do not expect any divine intervention. I won't even read the channels anymore. After watching the SOTU it made me realize how dangerous things could become soon and because the financial news is so grim all over the world our time to do something is running out. We could be very close to Martial law. I know our politicians are paid off but also believe they have been blackmailed. If only we could get media to tell the truth we could win quickly. Our congress is under the control of Zionism and Israel even brags about it. I really think our battle will go to the streets. I wish I thought different.    

  • So, Obama and his administration, as well as the US Congress, only have power because The People have granted it to them.  Currently, it is obvious that they are at war with the people.  For that reason, it is now time for The People to renounce that power on the grounds of corruption and treason.  A vote of no confidence is more potent than just starting dialogue.  It is a renunciation of the power granted by The People to those governing us.  By revoking their power, they become average citizens again.  They no longer have political shields and power.  So, POTUS can't hide behind a senate that won't find him guilty of impeachment because he owns them.  He can stand trial like any other person, for treason, derilection of duty, graft, corruption, etc.

    Just my opinion.

    I've read that the Declaration of Independence was based on John Locke's works.

    Individual or collective right

    Although some explanations of the right of revolution leave open the possibility of its exercise as an individual right, it was clearly understood to be a collective right under English constitutional and political theory.[6] As Pauline Maier has noted in her study From Resistance to Revolution, “private individuals were forbidden to take force against their rulers either for malice or because of private injuries....”[7] Instead, “not just a few individuals, but the ‘Body of the People’ had to feel concerned” before the right of revolution was justified and with most writers speaking of a “ ‘whole people who are the Publick,’ or the body of the people acting in their ‘public Authority,’ indicating a broad consensus involving all ranks of society.”[8]

    The concept of the right of revolution was also taken up by John Locke in Two Treatises of Government as part of his social contract theory. Locke declared that under natural law, all people have the right to life, liberty, and estate; under the social contract, the people could instigate a revolution against the government when it acted against the interests of citizens, to replace the government with one that served the interests of citizens. In some cases, Locke deemed revolution an obligation. The right of revolution thus essentially acted as a safeguard against tyranny.

    Locke affirmed an explicit right to revolution in Two Treatises of Government: “whenever the Legislators endeavor to take away, and destroy the Property of the People, or to reduce them to Slavery under Arbitrary Power, they put themselves into a state of War with the People, who are thereupon absolved from any farther Obedience, and are left to the common Refuge, which God hath provided for all Men, against Force and Violence. Whensoever therefore the Legislative shall transgress this fundamental Rule of Society; and either by Ambition, Fear, Folly or Corruption, endeavor to grasp themselves, or put into the hands of any other an Absolute Power over the Lives, Liberties, and Estates of the People; By this breach of Trust they forfeit the Power, the People had put into their hands, for quite contrary ends, and it devolves to the People, who have a Right to resume their original Liberty.”[9]

    Duty versus right

    Some philosophers argue that it is not only the right of a people to overthrow an oppressive government but also their duty to do so. Howard Evans Kiefer opines, "It seems to me that the duty to rebel is much more understandable than that right to rebel, because the right to rebellion ruins the order of power, whereas the duty to rebel goes beyond and breaks it."[10]

    Morton White writes of the American revolutionaries, "The notion that they had a duty to rebel is extremely important to stress, for it shows that they thought they were complying with the commands of natural law and of nature's God when they threw off absolute despotism."[11] The U.S. Declaration of Independence states that "when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government" (emphasis added). Martin Luther King likewise held that it is the duty of the people to resist unjust laws.

    He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.  [Gov't disinformation and spying (NSA), allowing foreign troops on US soil, agents provocateurs at protests (Occupy Wall Street, protests, etc.)]

    In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people

    There are many other Acts against the US that he is guilty of, such as Fast & Furious, Benghazi, Seal Team Six national security breaches, using the IRS to bash political enemies, etc. 

    As you can see, he is a Tyrant and it is our right and duty to do something about it.  The Declaration of Independence doesn't specifically state violent or non-violent means, but we can look to the Founding Fathers and see that if violence is a necessary means, then it should be employed.

  • It is ludicrous that a person could usurp the office of POTUS and no one can touch him.  The reason being he has intimidated all who could.  So, it's up to the people.  It's in the Declaration of Independence...

    We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government....

    ...
