I've been having weird body things happening the past few weeks. It's been right in the middle of my chest...feeling winded, heart palpitations, knocked out, drained of energy. This may be an explanation. Anyone else?

Thanks Jacks, I'll do that.  I've found that working in the garden is very energysing too.  And now I remembered that yesterday I went with my husband to the gardening nursery and bought a melissa plant and I have to transplant it to the nice pot I got for it.

Being with my pets also helps a lot.

Mariana, I've also been having a lot of acid reflux too.  Even my cats seem knocked out and lethargic.  And my adult son complains of the same thing.  I'll be seeing my doctor for a routine check mid-month so if these symptoms haven't gone away, I'll mention them to him.  But, like always, he probably won't find anything wrong.

A lot of our energy is being used in the last battle against the dark-ones. Is very draining,  go out when the Sun is coming up and look at it while it is low, same when the Sun go down. Take your shoes, & socks off put your feet on the ground if cold out, then 5mins will do. Also Use 2 Static straps and connect to ground then to your feet!

Hold your Vibration on High it will help in speeding things up! Peace on Earth is coming. <3

I spent two and a half days (30/feb. to 1/jan) in a hospital, after having pain in the upper right side of my belly for about 10 days.  The pain was so bad I couldn't breath too deep, walk, bend over or lift anything.  I felt sooo tired that I would fell asslip everywhere and, like you Cheryl, I felt winded, had heart palpitations, felt knocked out and drained of energy.

My family doctor couldn't find any cause to it, so she sent me to the ER.  Ther, after being checked by a surgeon, a neurolog, an urolog and a gastrolog, they desided to check me in to perform more tests. They did everything, x rays, ultrasaund, CT, blood and urine tests (all this time they kept me fasting, no food or watter, I received liquids throw and IV), and found nothing. Eventually, they sent me home, still in pain.

Thank God, the pain slowly dissapeared and I'm fine now.

My youngest son is complaining lately of feeling pressure on his chest and dificulty breathing every now and then. He allthough told me that he is havving somthing like flashes of "an other reality" that most of the time are too fast to remember what he sees, but sometimes he does remember something. He ollthough has very vivid dreams, bad dreams, of a post apocaliptic world.  In one of them, a black girl (that seemed to be his girlfriend in the dream, but he doesn't know her in reality) told him of the date that will change everything, and he rememberd clearly that she told him it will be the day in wich we conmemorate the fallen soldiers, police officers and victims of terrorism (the day before Independence day), this year it will be the 22 of april.

In a later dream, he was on the top of a high building with a group of people in a very big city that looked destroid, and they where fighting a creature that looked like a crocodile and then turned into a monster, one he's being dreaming about  since he was a child.
