About this article, please note that it is not "The Guardian," the large, well-known news outlet in the UK. This is something called "The Guardian Las Vegas." It is associated with Frackle Media Group, which publishes three newspaper/magazines: The Guardian Express, New Yorker Times, and iFrackle. It has a readership of >750,000 per month. Not bad, but not THE Guardian UK.
I agree, Peter. I hope it's legit and succeeds, too. I have already expressed my opinion before as to why I chose to sit back and watch for a while.
This is a good starting explanation to what the OPPT is and what it's intention is - and I will be interested to read the continuing articles as they are presented.
On the Earth Changers site (top left hand corner of main site page) a section called "THE ONE PEOPLE'S PUBLIC TRUST (OPPT) NEWS" has much info as well. In this section if you follow the blog threads back you can see there has been a recent challenge to the OPPT system - not in regard to it's intention, but in regard to the paper-trail or UCC process used.
IMO, I really hope the OPPT succeeds, but would suggest caution as this stage until this latest issue/challenge is sorted out. Hopefully it can be sorted one way or another very soon!
