  • Well, EM fluctuations can cause blackouts, so it's possible but not likely the power company will admit it if that was the cause.

  • No it doesn't, but it was what they sayed.  Actually, they had an automatic answering mashine saying that.  

    Those blackouts are something that happens in mid summer, when temperatures rice skie high and everyone is using air conditioners. It was really weird with comftibly mild temp.

  • It could be.  "Troubles with a line" doesn't explain the reason why.

  • Last Friday morning we had 3 short electrical blackouts.  At the electricity company sayed "they had toubles with a line". Could it be an effect from the solar flare?
