BP Alarm and Evacuation - Texas City

"HOUSTON, 9/23/11 – Late last night I received this report from a reliable source inside the mammoth BP refinery in Texas City, Texas:

“This morning at 0930, the fire alarms went off at BP, causing an evacuation. Normally BP announces in advance when it is going to have an emergency drill, but in this case employees said that they were surprised. Many said that they were reminded of the unannounced nuclear exercise of 2006, and believe that something is up.”"

Might have been the troop that stopped this one, if it was one. 

I think May is in the hospital right now... I look on him as reliable, also.

I think Capt. May and Ghost Troop are reliable.  They have probably stopped more domestic terrorism by their vigilance than they'll ever know.

I don't think so... it happened later this a.m.

And, I think Keith found out that the satellite crashed somewhere in the Pacific. The space unit didn't even come over Texas (out of path).

The refineries in this area often times have scares several a year. Sitting on pins and needles, waiting for the really BAD one to happen; but, the majority of us don't move away. Could this have been the result of the satellite hitting TX... somewhere?... last night between 11p and 1:09am...
