I've only thought of the tech-savvy.  The rural part of Japan is different and is not tech-savvy.

I don't know, Morris, what will emerge, but Japan has many people who are farmers and menial workers who may not be internet savvy.  Those that are should be evacuating, even making plans to leave Japan altogether.

Why they would want to mis-represent facts, when they can be googled from the previous disaster, is anyones guess.  This is an open savvy tech society.  There has to be a public outrage when the facts are made know, that what is falling is radioactive.  Is this the end of the Japan society as we have know it.  If it is, what is to emerge?
