September 30, 2013 ... COMET ISON ALERT ... comet ISON today developed a sunward spike as i predicted it would and is seriously connecting electrically with the planet Mars ... (see posting below about it turning green) ... however it is clear that the appointed NASA special team of scientists is hiding data from the over 60 satellites and telescopes it is using to observe ISON ... the fix is on and people every day are waking up to my work ... and predictions ... i will be posting more in the hours to come so keep posted ... we are receiving good data and are going to post ... but remember the other attempts to post real data ... as the security blanket protectors of NASA hacked my page and introduced many false youtube videos ... they are going all out to blacken my work and name ... more to come ... jim mccanney

He has astronomer friends and connections in the military. Doubt he uses low-tech binocs in his field. That would be like Mario Andretti (remember him?) driving a Volkswagen beetle, circa 1960s.
Does anyone know if McCanney has video of ISON turning "green"? I'd like to view that!
Now, what does this mean for earth? Look at the orbital path calculator at http://stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov/comet_ison/, around the end of December 2013. Look at the close fly-by. However, it is pointed out that ISON is coming at a steep angle and the site states that it isn't so close.
According to this article, http://globalrumblings.blogspot.com/2013/09/comet-ison-danger-to-ea..., "On closest approach, the comet will pass about 0.0724 AU (10,830,000 km; 6,730,000 mi) from Mars on 1 October 2013, and it will pass about 0.429 AU (64,200,000 km; 39,900,000 mi) from Earth on 26 December 2013."
So, it will pass further from Earth than it did to Mars, but Earth will go through the debris trail soon after it passes.

It also says, "Astronomers say it is a new (strong) comet coming from the Oort cloud which has never before slung around the sun, and therefore has never been weakened by the heat of sun like other periodic comets."
Yes, Peter, it does raise questions, but perhaps they have no way to shut it down? From what I know of McCanney's work, electrical interactions happened between PX in earlier times. What he has described in the latest post sounds like what he described (relying on ancient records and pictographs) about earlier passages.
By ISON changing its color to green and proving it is electrically interacting with Mars, it proves there is a comet out there, that ISON is not just ships, but I've seen no proof that it is not photoshopped. So, keep an an eye open for anyone who posts an analysis of that.
Keith, the dirty snowball rant has been going on for years. It is NASA who calls comets dirty snowballs. McCanney does not think that at all, he knows they're electrical. I think he remains vocal to keep NASA from burying his theories. The changing to the green color was proof of the electrical interaction.
Interesting that McCanney is still describing Comet ISON as a Comet and not anything else.
I'm not sure I understand how a comet can have an electrical interaction with a planet.
I would suggest ISON is made from much different material that what we see in earth landed meteorites!
Maybe McCanney knows that it is a controlled object of some sort but can't or won't say at this stage for whatever reason - maybe he doesn't want to loose his information feed?
Although Tolec has openly declared ISON is accompanied by "manned" craft and he hasn't been shut down - which sort of raises it own questions - doesn't it?
