Coping With Light Energies

Greetings from Galactic Heart....

How are we all coping with the Light energies flooding our planet? This past week was a doozie for me and Shel. We found that we had to lay down to sleep many times during the day....even if only for 15 minutes. If we didn't and tried to force ourselves to stay up "doing" something, we found ourselves so dizzy and disoriented that we had no choice but to go horizontal.

I asked Ms Supa (our Arcturian Light Body specialist~GF med team) if there was anything we could do to help us cope with the acceleration of frequencies. She reminded us to supplement our electrolytes (lemon water or sea salt in water are good for this). After all, we are electromagnetic Beings and integrating the influx of vibrational patterns uses up our electrolytes. Here are Ms Supa's recommendations:

  • Drink plenty of water (remember to put Loving words on your water bottle)

  • Increase electrolytes

  • Spend time in nature (more important than one may think)

  • Eat bananas

  • Listen to your Spiritual and Galactic guides

  • Increase vitamin Bs because the increase in frequencies stresses your nervous systems

  • Meditate daily.....even short meditations are helpful

  • Me love bananas... nice, still slightly green bananas.  Can't stand them when they start getting brown spots...sickly sweet nasty.

  • I have found in the past several months, I have felt the need to eat more bananas where as in the past I would maybe eat a banana once in a while.

  • Sleepiness is a Global Pandemic. 

    When One begins their awakening they feel alone in their new found understanding. Typically they go to the web to find out more. They come across a lot of information and fall into one rabbit hole after the other, scanning, reading and forming new opinions about the Outer World. As they learn their new truth they become lonelier yet. This is a result of Ego mind keeping the focus on Me, Me, Me poor Me. This can be an endless downward spiral which leads to reading things that look good at first sight, but turn out to be without substance. Avoid the idea that you have to ‘do something’ to solve your problems. This is where the unsuspecting are taken in the wrong direction by paid disinformation specialists. Instead, focus your energy toward Service. When you are serving others then you cannot go wrong. Helping One Another is the lesson of the day and will be THE lesson for years to come. When each noncriminal woman, man and child receives their reparations, $10 million each, then the real work begins. Mother Earth will need us all to join in to Heal Her and it will be a team effort. Choose your area of interest and focus on what you would like to reflect in this world. When you are healed and ready for your next Mission – where will you put your life energy?

    I was told in a personal reading that I was done with the service part and to start focusing on myself, so read everything with the perspective that it may or may not relate to you.  Consult your inner guidance.

  • I need at least 9 hours of sleep or I do not function.  And yes, I do need afternoon naps sometimes.  I find myself having to rely on supplements for energy so I don't need to take a nap especially on days that I have a lot to do (things that are expected of me).  Sometimes the energy lags can happen at any time of the day or evening.  

  • I've being feeling completily depleted of energy lately.  Even getting out of bed in the morning is a struggle.  Sometimes I dose off at work, while working!!

    But it's not only me, my husband and kids, my folks, my coworkers, they all have complained of being really tired.

    I work from 08:00 to 18:00 (more or less) every day exept Fridays and Saterdays, so I can't have naps in the afternoon, it would be so great.  I only need about halve an hour, I don't exactly sleep, it's more like a meditative state.  After that I feel like a new person.  I used to do it before I started working, and it was great. 

  • Some days I sleep 10-11 hours, and still need a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon.
