I didn't notice. However, I did notice that 3's are involved in the date, fwiw. 3 + 1 + 1 +2 +1 + 1 = 9 / 3 = 3.
As explanation, a year ago this month I was seeing 3's and thought it was in relation to South America rolling and subsequent tsunami. So here it is, a year later, different country.
