True, the fed and central banks give the orders to print money. Yet they are just the financial arms of the cabal, nothing more than puppets,dopplegangers. They are not the cabal, although some of the higher ups in the fed and central world banks and in the governments are well paid servants of the cabal. There is always a Sith Master and also an apprentice or apprentices. Never just one. To quote Yoda. In the case of the cabal there are a multitude of apprentices who are all expendable.
