You ware Glasses so spend time outside in the mornings & evenings Star gassing, w/glasses off, will eliminate arthritis period! A book Light, Radiation, & You by John N. Ott will explain everything. Also get some cheap Black Light 40watt bulbs(got blacklight leds that work on 9volt batts) and put them where you are most of the time will provide the missing Frequency of the spectrum of light that your body is needs!
