Can anyone confirm this story...
"On images from Sept. 1st in the comet’s coma there was no condensation visible, and that meant the comet had already broken up into fairly small pieces, with a maximum size of not more than a hundred meters."

Eric, keep your eye on the Elenindwarf-star-jpl-event blog. Amy's latest post from the StarViewer Team says it has not disintegrated. I think it did break in two, which I think is different than disintegration. It appears to have changed trajectory.
