This is similar to preppers who ran up credit cards to prepare, with the idea everything would go down and they wouldn't have to pay.  The problem with that logic is if the system doesn't go down, you're in trouble.  You'd think people would think first, like, what IF the system is restored tomorrow, then what?

That is also suspicious, some stores did others didn't.

I think they couldn't access the balances at all.  However, I thought the system was a $50 voucher for the purchase of emergency food.  Why didn't Wal-Mart do that, instead of the honor system?

How could an EBT card show an unlimited balance on it unless someone programed it on there. That is what makes me highly suspicious about what happened.
