  • We sure do have a lot to be thankful for. Friends, family.and food on the table. I just wish my daughter and her family were here and not in Germany

  • As I live in Australia now, there is no celebration for the holiday and I will miss the smells of  Turkey dinner, but in my heart I AM humbled to know that there are people like you that "GIVE THANKS".

PaleBlue, may I say that if you keep your focused energies from your heart vibrating Outward, your positive zest will be picked up and intergrated in all that have passed your way whether they know it or not. Just Bless & Release keeping a smile on your dial  :-D

ps....Yes we all have alot to be thankfull for & on top of my list is my ability to "forgive"

    Happy Dayz

  • To all of my family here think of what you have instead of what you do not. We are quite a varied group of people who have come together to find answers to our future. We are a family with a bond like no other. My family is scattered from Hawaii to Pennsylvania and we share our love from a distance with Skype. Please do not forget your prayers for desertrose as her holiday will not be as enjoyable as ours.My soulmate my puppy and I will be very happy in our pristine forest setting.Thank you Kathleen for putting this up.

  • Happy Thanksgiving to all of my Friends!

Have moved away from Family so will be having Thanksgiving with my New Family here, and in the Ozarks among Friends that are very good at cooking! ; )

Everybody has a path of different lengths! Some will need more schooling before moving into a stronger light.

The Great Spirit is in Everybody!

  • I am so grateful for you all!  I have been made to feel welcome and loved here.  I have friends and family coming for dinner (about 20+) and even though it is going to be stressful, I love that we will all be together.  You all will be there too as you are family as well.

William, I agree with the others on your children.  My sisters and I vary like that as well.  I got excited over new socks, Paula would get mad over new socks, and Laura would like them but ask who the designer was.  LOL

Remember this my friend: you have done your part in raising them, now it is their turn to raise themselves.

  • William, just because they are your kids does not mean you have to roll over and play dead.  You have done the right thing.  Stand strong.  They have many more soul lessons before they will graduate.  My dad paid over a quarter million $$ when my mom was sick and dying.  Some things are just worth more than money.

I agree, Dianna.  I was thinking the same thing a few days ago.  It was a question mark if we would see the holidays once more, but we will and I am thankful we have another opportunity to be thankful.

  • Happy Thanksgiving!  We are blessed to still be 'here', and not destroyed by the Elenins that surround us.  I am so glad you posted this, Kathleen.  Just yesterday, I was thinking how blessed we are to still have grocery stores, shelves filled to the brim with all sorts of goods and magical treats to eat.  so lucky, still... My biggest blessing, though, is good friends who can never be replaced... Thank you for always being here for me... I know I can get fisty sometimes...

William, don't feel you are alone in your situation.. Some kids are givers, and some are takers, for sure... My son wanted me to just move out of my house and hand it over to him... which would have left me virtually homeless.  I did not.  He then wanted a key to the house, which I happily gave him.. I had an 'extra'... When he left, then, I just pulled the lock, took it to the locksmith, and had it re-keyed... End of that story.. Mama might be old, but she is not stupid.. ...

  • Ditto!  Thanks!

  • My thanks go out to everyone that has made me feel welcomed, who has made it a point to believe and live the golden rule, who has listen to views they do not agree with yet passed no judgement.  Thank you.  May this holiday season be a loving and bountiful season that will shine in your memories throughout time.
  • I am so grateful to all of you for being my friends. You are all I have left except for my wife, my dog(yo-yo) and my cat (Boo). My kids have left me for one reason or another, most of my friends have passed, the others think I am nuts and Anita's kids have tried their best to steal our assets. Never could give them enough it was always more   more   more. I have spent a half million dollars on Anita's illness and am happy to do so. Her life is worth more to me than anything else. Her kids tried to steal forty thousand dollars of gold in a jewelry box from us so I have sent them packing.I will sell it all off to keep us both well.

I love you guys and thanks again for opening your knowledge to me.
