Highest recorded temps ever for Indiana in March.

So one of the things that has been bothering me the last two months is the weather channel giving mild temp predictions for a week or two out but then changing tomorrow's temps at the last minute to much higher temps. I can't be sure if this is part of the cover up or earth wobble swings are just already that unpredictable. Weatherbug is getting it wrong too.  If they say it won't rain, it will, and vice versa.
