Thanks, Keith. I'll give it a try.
I just go into meditating then start the audios, because the energy is being directed to those that are listening!
There is Youtube's explaining Centering (who needs light kathryn may) Six videos!

Audio is the worst medium for me. I'm visual and retain better by seeing, rather than hearing. I have problems with videos buffering for 60 seconds and playing for 6, the content gets so fragmented that I give up. So, for these media, some notes would be helpful, if you have time.
It's also helpful for everyone else who are visual. And, most people don't have time to go through audios and videos, but being able to read notes or scan transcripts is more efficient for them. Yes, something is lost in the transaction... vocal intonations (which can add a shade of meaning) or more information that you might know and not think noteworthy, but someone else might not know and would need to know or would find interesting. However, if enough interest is generated from notes, maybe someone will decide it is worth listening to.
It's also a good way to generate interest, as generic descriptions tend to get glossed over. What was the one important thing that you took away from this talk? You might want to share it in the first line of a comment, which shows in the Recent Activity list and might spark someone else's interest. Give it a try!
