Is the Fukushima disaster being used as a scapegoat for criminal activity throughout the world?

I have had great doubts about the reports of the Radiation from Fukushima throughout the world

 

Now  I  a  not  saying that  there is  none  coming  from  Japan.  However  does it  make sense  that  the  levels in  Philly  and  Mass are  higher  than those  in  Cali?  I am  confused.  The   research  says  that   iodine  131 has  a  half  life of  8  days.  Now  China  is  reporting that  there is  iodine  131  in their  spinach?  Could the  Fukushima  disaster be  a  ploy to blame the high radiation  levels in  other  countries from  lax  government  regulation  and  criminal  negligence on  someone  other than the   real perpetrators?

Kim it is  not the  spraying that  worries  me  it is  the  deliberate  release  of  radioactive poison  from  existing   plants because they  can  blame it  on   someone  else and  get  away   with it.  Which  also speaks of   advance  knowledge of the  Fukushima  Reactor.  Which in  turn  would mean that  this  horror  was indeed planned and  very much   deliberate.   That is  what  worries me .  Until now  they  have all been   theories  if  this  is true  then they  will no longer  be theories or  assumptions  but  facts.

I know  Cheryl  I am just  in  denial that there  could  be  such horrible  people  walking  around among  us.

It  just  boggles my  mind that they  commit  atrocities  without   blinking that  I  in   my  worst  nightmares  could not  conceive.
