No surprise.  So, when NASA does things like this, they shouldn't wonder why people start trying to second guess what they are up to, and thus "conspiracy theories" abound.  Because it looks like a conspiracy theory.

Yes it looks right for then, but there have been updated revised calculations since then that put it closer to the earth.  Also NASA put it out with no data at all, like the date stamp.  Another words the map was old and outdated.
