If *this* president is still in office decades hence, very doubtful it would be authorized.
Now, here's a "what if" if there were Sharia law alongside military law. The military did justice. He admitted he premeditatedly murdered. If he were judged under Sharia, would he not be found to be a hero? We cannot have two sets of laws in this country.

Pretending this is not radical Islam is coming straight from the white castle. The wounded from this terrorist will not receive disability or care after leaving the Army because it is being called work place violence. This should be enough for the military to really hate O the anointed one. They were told to keep Islam out of this trial but Hassan brought it up himself, GRRRR
