From that document: "The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has designated sovereign citizens as a domestic terrorist movement, and a growing threat to law enforcement."
It goes on to say...
Most of these filings utilize tell-tale buzzwords and share common indicators, including:
- References to the Bible, the Constitution, U.S. Supreme Court Decisions, or foreign treaties
- Names written in all capital letters, or interspersed with colons
- Signatures followed by the words “under duress,” “Sovereign Living Soul”, or a copyright symbol
- Personal seals, stamps, or thumb prints in red ink
- The words “accepted for value”
- Copies of personal documents, such as birth certificates or Social Security cards
... which sounds pretty much sounds like OPPT documents...
Whether this OPPT is fraud or not, there is a serious backlash going on to those who try to use the information via the National Association of Secretaries of State. (One of the reasons I questioned Heather being in Morocco... a safe distance if and when this OPPT thing blew up.)

Yes that is very true, Cheryl. Not a system I would opt(-in) to use at this stage.
And yes, it should be taken that everything I previously said was "allegedly" - as I do not have proof - although it's almost impossible to tell what is "proof" or "truth" these days.

That's why I said alleged. It's impossible to tell who the bad guys and good guys are. HOWEVER, anyone trying to use the OPPT system from now on needs to be warned they are in for a rough ride.
I know this all sounds bad for OPPT (and believe me I am not an advocate of OPPT - far from it - I am no where near convinced) - but if OPPT was trying to break the system wouldn't you think the system (ie the FBI - how come we are suddenly trusting these guys?) would try to break OPPT?
