  • If you pay attention to the medical commercials on the tube you will see that in most cases the possible side affects are worse than the original problem.

  • I think D deficiency creates depression in some  then the idiot doctors put people on antidepressants which just is the wrong thing to do.

  • Jacks and we know how important D is. So since 94% of the people in the US are D deficient they must also be magnesium deficient.

  • Magnesium helps to in the uptake of vitamin D as well.

  • I will have to try that.  You may want to post these tips in the gardening section :)

  • A tablespoon of Epsom salts works very well especially on tomato plants. There is lots of magnesium in it.

  • I did not know that Byron.  Maybe I should try adding some natural magnesium to my plants when I grow a small garden this year.

  • Plants that do not get magnesium do not thrive either. It is the element that they need to use the other minerals in the soil. So we are much like plants because without it we too can't absorb the nutrients we need.

  • I know of a lady by the name of Charleen.  Her sister became really sick, and almost died if it were not for Charleen researching and finding the cause of her sister's illness.  Her sister was at two different hospitals and none of the clueless doctors could figure it out.  None of their poisons was stopping her liver from shutting down.  It was just a vitamin K deficiency.  Once she was given vitamin K she turned around.

  • You are right Kim.
