The story is a distraction. They now have the support facility and they have everyone believing it is a NSA data center that will not be operational for another year.
They sure do go to a lot of trouble trying to hide things.
What better way to get attention away from NSA than to go on MSM and say we can't open for a year because of electrical malfunctions. Fox news has been in favor of NSA spying from the beginning. This story might be a distraction. To keep everybody off their backs.

Great job of figuring this out. When I was on ZT a lady friend from the Dugway area had a lot of amazing contractor stories from there it is a very strange place. I think about a year ago I saw a picture of a very large number of Martial Law signs that was taken through the chain link fence that surrounds Dugway.
Good deductions guys. It's definitely more than just a data center!
And so that is why they have the gun turret towers around the data center.
Just sayin!

FYI, The distance from the data center to dugway proving grounds (New area 51) is 69 miles
Since the tunnel boring machines reportedly can do 7-8 miles a day, it is entirely possible that these two locations are connected underground and the data center is a support facility. It would take 9-10 days to bore a tunnel between the two locations.
How convenient to disguise it as a data center because they couldn't hide it during construction. It is interesting how they had some of the construction covered by tent buildings to conceal what they were doing from the air.

It looks like a support facility for something much larger.
I am not sure about Utah being submerged based on the massive amount of military and secret military installations there. I heard they moved Area 51 operations up there to Dugway Proving Grounds. It just may be that some future maps are disinfo and my guess is the NSA/military use that to keep the population from growing.
I also heard that Utah has an entrance to the massive underground network. (will find a link)
Anyway, that NSA building is much more than we are being told. It will be obvious to construction people.

When I first heard about the Navy map there was a lot of talk about where the NASA and retired were moving to and it was Utah and the Ozarks. I never understood why Utah either.
