Hmmmmm just saw (on another forum) THAT MINN. Minn. just inked a deal to sell $6 billion in soybeans to Red China. They have a rather short growing season there, so if the soil don't dry out in time for spring planting, serious pentalties?I'm nota farmer, anyone have a clue what the pentalties are for not delivering?

This is what I have always said is it is dumb to build cities, etc. on existing flood plains or build civilizations on zones such as the san andreas or civilizations next to volcanoes.  And people STILL build their homes in hazardous areas such as these.  I do not get it.

Ok, How about putting Cities in flood zones! Makes more sense to plant seeds than Houses with families, Cities, & factories on flood plains.

The logical thing is not to plant so many crops in a flood zone.  That is sooo stupid.
