now, Loraine, I had'nt quite placed it in that wide a context, but you have made a very serious and valid point. maybe the powers that shouldn't be know something hence the immense security at the Olympics? maybe its tie ti dig deep thus sumer get the old bunker going?? in a manner of speaking of course.

it is all more preparation, getting the act together, these things are never done in isolation, one has to look at accompanying events. I do think by early spring we should be a bit wiser about what they are planning, and wonder how the Olympics are fitting in with all this. maybe we will be like  you in a police state. maybe troops in our shopping centers?

he specific treasonous act Obama committed against the citizens of the United States was his signing of an “executive agreement” enacting a treaty titled The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement that forevermore puts them under despotic laws meant to censor anyone who dares speak the truth.

The “charade” in Obama’s usurping the law that says only the US Senate can ratify a treaty, not a President, comes from the complicity of the propaganda US media who praised him just a week ago for opposing what is called the SOPA Internet Bill, but which, in fact, was only used as a “cover” for his signing of the “executive agreement” enacting the more draconian treaty Americans are living under now.

By Obama now claiming that by “executive agreement” he as President he can ratify any treaty he so desires should send shivers down the spines of every America as the next one he is about to enact is a UN treaty that calls for the American people to begin giving up their guns to the government.

I often wonder what weapons I would have in your country, right now, big powerful and nasty is the word.

Pump action shot guns, more than one, a couple of assault  rifles, two .22 rifles, some rather large handguns plus a couple of .22 handguns. I would hide these all over my property, one or two outside if I lived in the country, have plenty of ammunition, learn exactly how to use them---- then forget all about them.   If we have a road warrior culture, then the situation changes. Violence is nasty and painful, but sadly, there are plenty out there including government who have no second thoughts about using it. Over here it will be the base ball bats, garden forks and a few garden spades!!!!

 We must pray for peace but get ready to protect ourselves.. My own personal option is to get my back pack and take to the mountains  if all hell breaks out. In a pole shift this may happen.

I was always firmly against guns of any kind, save fir sport, I mean target shooting but after listening to various american talk shows suhc as Rense, Prison planet etc etc I ee the reality and now I would be the first person t have my own armoury, carefully coceald, if I were in your country.

Looking at the post by Duanne on the New Madrid earthquake preparedness exercises, I wonder what it is they don't want to tell us? a road warrior situation is more and more credible as each days passes. I am against violence but in some situations the only answer to them is sheer anger and outright force, but the situation must decide this. You cannot tie down and vanquish an entire swat team but you can put the fear of the Almighty into those who come from the streets and try to destroy what security and freedom you and your family have.
