I think that this is nothing to be concerned about.  I recently talked to a LT.COL.  who was in charge in the 70's and 80's at the pentagon, of the group in the video.  It is nothing new.  The military has been prepared for desasters for a long time.  They are simply preparing to help out IF there is a problem like Katrena or an earth quake.  The video does not mean that it is about to happen.  It simply means that if it does they are prepaired to help the civilian poplation.  But it is good to be informed!  Thanks for the post Cheryl!
