  • Cancer can be caused by many many many different things.  One of the many things are chronic viral infections (that are not detectable) chronic aspergillus infections, (chronic infections weaken the immune system leaving one open to all kinds of other diseases including cancer)  toxins, high ph of the body, etc etc etc. OF course they also include hereditary factors (who knows).  I think Edgar Cayce had spoke of cancer causes also...

  • I've been following oxylates as a possible contributor to fibromyalgia.  Some items high in oxylates include nuts, carob, spinach and rhubard.  See http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/oxalates-kidney-stones-what-you-should....  I went low ox, but didn't notice any improvement in fibro symptoms.  However, since I get kidney stones, I need to stay on a low ox diet, but having ECS (extreme carb sensitivity--my new term for diabetes), ruling out oxylates leaves so little left to eat.  So, my compromise was to allow low-to-moderate oxylates in small amounts.

I'm also sensitive to nightshades, so have replaced tomatoes with mandarin oranges (in salads) and the "Nomato" marinara sauce, don't smoke, don't like eggplant, get headaches from hot peppers, so only use black pepper (which is not a nightshade), can't eat potatoes due to high carbs, etc.

A recent article linked fibromyalgia with excessive nerve fibers in the hands (go figure).  And another recent article linked breast cancer to tight bras.  So, it sounds like breast cancer may have multiple causes.
