The most important thing right now is to get him out of his position of authority so he can't do anymore damage.
And an example must be made with him. Commit a high crime against humanity, spend an eternity in a soul prison. Of course most humans will just settle for tar and feathers or a rope. I personally think that will make it too easy for him.
