I really hope that Mr Dollard get back all the patent he has created. It is unbelievable to think that we have been struggling all those years to pay the least amount possible for electricity and oil. And yet, we could have had free energy. I know what it is to have spent 2 winter into a poorly heated house. Luckily I had blankets. It makes me angry that we could have had so much if the cabal would have stayed out of the way.
Resonating effect is a connection between our Sun and the central Sun of the milky way imho.
