Yep, remain in your ready positions because we don't know what curve balls might be headed our way.  It gets stranger and stranger.

I find it odd that the cabal could wreak such damage on Earth for at least hundreds of years and suddenly WE have to play nice with them, when they never played nice with us.  Further, as was pointed out, the vote only includes those with internet following these issues, a handful in the scheme of things, so they are not getting a full vote.  However, with their higher-dimensional abilities, the galactics could poll each person via telepathy.  Doing an internet vote is slow, grossly incomplete, and is raising a huge question mark in my mind.  What is it really going to accomplish?

I am in agreement that this stall tactic is weird to say the least.  You can't negotiate with terrorist and that is what the Cabal is.
