The RV Release date is now in a sealed envelope that only China and the IMF know the exact release date. This was done to eliminate the Illegal Currency Manipulation, ie FX Probes. Devaluation of the USD is imminent, and the Treasury Reserve Notes are now in place to be released thus eliminating the Fiat Federal Reserve Notes. The Bonds have all been converted to the new TRN system and infrastructure to circumvent global corruption and criminal activity.

It is being posted on the internet, that the reason we have not seen the RV or GCR, is because the USA refuses to sign off on the 2010 Code of Reforms. The IMF will need to 'work creatively around' the stalemate, and that they will need to come up with a solution this week, while their meetings are taking place, so that everything can be released.
In your opinion, is this scenario factual or fiction?
